Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Financial Compliance & Controlling Specialist (m/w/d) am Standort Hamburg.

Financial Compliance & Controlling Specialist (m/w/d)

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Planung und Durchführung von Prüfungen zur Einhaltung der Compliance Vorschriften und des internen Kontrollsystems in unseren Standorten der SK D-A-CH Organisation, als Fernprüfung und vor Ort
- Leadfunktion bei der Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensinternen Guidelines und Policies und der Harmonisierung des internen Kontrollsystems in den Standorten.
- Financial Controlling für die SK Service GmbH; Monats
- und Quartalsreporting nach HGB und IFRS sowie Unterstützung des Managements beim Forecast und der Erarbeitung des Budgets
- Interner Business Partner/Consultant für Systeme zur Dokumentation und digitalen Ablage von internen Kontrollen (u.a. iGrafx).

**Dein Profil**:

- Einschlägiges, abgeschlossenes Bachelor/Master-Studium mit optimalerweise vorgelagerter kaufmännischer Ausbildung
- 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Fi/Co eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens oder Tätigkeit in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie deren Analyse
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP FI/CO (optimaler Weise auch MM und FI-AA)
- Kenntnisse von internen Kontrollsystemen
- Technische Affinität sowie die Fähigkeit und intrinsische Motivation zum Er
- und Bearbeiten von neuen Accounting
- und Controllingaufgaben in einem sehr dynamischen Umfeld sind essentiell
- Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach HGB und IFRS sind wünschenswert, falls nicht vorhanden, sollte die Bereitschaft zur Erarbeitung theoretischer Kenntnisse gegeben sein
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
- Berichterstattung in englischer Sprache
