**R2 People Experience Implementation Lead (M/F/d)**

**As a R2 People Experience Implementation Lead for JD World Headquarters located in any unit in Region 2, you will**:

- Work with the Global Employee Experience Owner to collaboratively design and implement AN UNMATCHED EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING EXPERIENCE. The region 2 lead will consult with a team of regional leads to share best practices and ensure a consistent global experience for employees as they transition into new positions
- Create and maintain a positive experience to attract and retain talented employees where they feel valued and grow in their careers from the start
- OWN the regional onboarding experience for employees in region 2
- Identify tools required to facilitate the onboarding process. Work to implement tools/platforms and standardize practices to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Co-create training as needed, may require training delivery
- Develop regional specific communication strategies, monitor adoption, and pivot based on feedback
- COLLABORATE with extended community of practice groups to deliver a consistent global experience
- Perform ongoing review and continuous improvement of PEOPLE EXPERIENCE - ONBOARDING. This includes measurement of key performance indicators and delivers against objectives. Partners with data analytics to review insights and trends and will create an action plan to address hot spot issues for the region
- CURATE CONTENT FOR KNOWLEDGE SHARING- Owns the regional information and works to curate the best content to provide the right information at the right time. Facilitate informational training and feedback sessions
- COMMUNICATE CLEARLY and CONCISELY to various global audiences

**What Skills You Need**:

- 3 or more years of experience of demonstrated knowledge in understanding integrated HR processes
- 3 or more years of experience in making difficult decisions
- 3 or more years of experience in training and development
- 3 or more years of experience in developing change management / communication plans
- Able to multi-task and manage competing deadlines successfully
- Self-starter and the ability to build a brand of influence with peers

**Education**:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

- Degree in a Business/Management, Human Resources or a related discipline

**This exempt position is vacant as soon as possible and can be located in any John Deere unit in Region 2.***
