**Verantwortungsbereiche**:

- Erstellung von digitalen Assets für E-Commerce-Projekte, einschließlich Landing Pages, Bannern, Newslettern, Werbung und anderen digitalen Touchpoints
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content Team E-Commerce, um Landing Pages für verschiedene Produkteinführungen und Kampagnen zu entwerfen und zu optimieren, die Verkäufe und Konversionen fördern
- Sicherstellung eines visuell ansprechenden, benutzerfreundlichen Designs, das auf das allgemeine Branding abgestimmt ist
- Sicherstellung hoher Qualitäts
- und Konsistenzstandards durch Größenanpassung und Retusche von Bildern
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prototypen für Landing-Page-Konzepte und Sicherstellung, dass das Design visuell ansprechend und benutzerfreundlich ist und mit dem Gesamtdesign und dem Branding übereinstimmt
- Teilnahme an kreativen Brainstorming-Sitzungen mit dem Content-Team E-Commerce, um innovative Landing-Page-Konzepte zu entwickeln, die die Customer Journey verbessern
- Effiziente Bearbeitung von Grafikdesign-Anfragen und Einhaltung von Fristen bei gleichzeitiger Gewährleistung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards
- Halten Sie sich über digitale Designtrends und visuelle Strategien der Konkurrenz auf dem Laufenden

**Profil der Qualifikation**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Grafikdesign, visueller Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Grafikdesign
- Beherrschung der branchenüblichen Design-Software wie Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Berufserfahrung im digitalen Grafikdesign ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im UX-Design und Vertrautheit mit nutzerzentrierten Designprinzipien sind von Vorteil
- Verständnis für responsives Design und die Fähigkeit, Designs zu erstellen, die für verschiedene Geräte und Bildschirmgrößen optimiert sind
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten, Fristen einzuhalten und sich an wechselnde Prioritäten anzupassen
- Außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit für Details und die Fähigkeit, die Markenkonsistenz über mehrere Designprojekte hinweg zu wahren
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten
- Fließend in Englisch (und Deutsch ist ein Plus)
