Vocational training and relevant work experience in logistics OR
- Professional background from the social, nursing or medical sector and/or experience in the health sector
- Very good knowledge and skills working with IT programs (e.g. MS Office)
- Precise and reliable way of working including discreet and confidential handling of personal data
- Strong communication skills and open mindedness
- Excellent organizational and objective judgment skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently, sometimes under mínimal supervision
- Great team player who contributes to a positive and healthy work environment
- Good written and spoken German as well as speaking English on appropriate level (B2)
Job summary
As Health Coordinator you will support as Health point of contact in one of our ATS Sites, coordinating on site first aid matters, providing support with regards to local occupational reintegration management and supporting the operational implementation of health and wellbeing measures.
As Health Coordinator you will support in:
Injury and Illness Prevention:
- Support implementation of ergonomic programs (e.g. injury prevention programs, job rotation)
- Support with activities on the prevention of mental health disorders
- Support comprehensive infection prevention measures (incl. COVID-19)
- Plan, organize and implement internal vaccination campaigns
Care and Emergency Response
- Support coordination of on-site first aid matters
- Support planning, coordination and implementation of first aid trainings and external occupational medicine services
- Occupational Reintegration and Return to Work according to legal requirements and internal standards:
- Content-related and organizational support within the reintegration and return to work process
- Support the development of measures for reintegration, incl. individual action plans
- Conduct confidential discussions with employees
- Documentation and administration within the reintegration and return to work process
Healthcare Administration:
- Support collaborations with health relevant external stakeholders (e.g. Health Insurer, Fitness Studios,)
- Collect, analyze and process occupational health and safety data (e.g. Health Insurance Reports)
- Support evaluation of compliance with legal frameworks and necessary documentation and capture incompliances
- Preparation of health-related reports and analyses
- Order health relevant goods and services via our internal purchasing platform
Health Support
- Provide cross-shift support as peer for employees and managers
- Support with concepts on Health Literacy and Empowerment for health awareness
- Support planning, coordination and implementation of health promotion activities and programs as well as workplace health and safety improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Training as certified disability manager and/or additional qualifications in the health sector (e.g. licenses, further education)
