Tasks

// YOUR MISSION AT PICUS

**Global team**: You will be part of our global team, be in close collaboration with colleagues worldwide, and build a global network.

**Investor relations**: You will independently build and manage a strong network of fund investors and keep close contact with them.

**Fundraising**: You will lead our fundraising efforts end-to-end to set up new and manage existing Picus Venture Funds with the potential to build a strong IR team in the future.

**New perspectives**: We expect that you will bring new perspectives to Picus and constantly challenge the status quo and how we operate.

**Experience**:

- You have a strong professional track record and exceptional networking and communication skills with strong attention to detail as well as a deep understanding of the investment and fundraising environment.
- You gathered >7Y of extensive full-time work experience of which a large share in investor relations, fundraising advisory, institutional gatekeeping, private wealth, venture capital, growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or investment advisory.
- You have leadership experience having managed teams or strategic projects successfully in the past.
- You bring a strong network of potential limited partners in the institutional investor or family office landscape.
