Drive new Business Development. As an individual contributor for identifying, pursuing and closing new logos with sales and operating income targets for each year, Revenue responsibility of €10M in 2-3 years.

Drive growth at select existing accounts for organic growth in the products and Services space.

Work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing teams to actively manage the GTM and Sales strategies are in line with customer segment.

Manage and grow existing and new customer relationships and provide support for operational management, customer analysis and competitive/ profit maximizing pricing tactics.

Provide leadership in setting the product, marketing and sales promotion strategy for the region and industry segments.

Foster client satisfaction and develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. and Drive business growth by organizing large scale client and customer events including providing education of Tavant products through technical presentation.

Manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends.

**Work Experience**:
At least 12+ years of total Sales experience with direct accountability to driving revenue and profitability in Manufacturing or Automotive space in EU and UK markets; experience in running and coordinating effective GTM campaigns with proven track record of high growth and margin expansion and experience in growing existing customer relationships and revenue.

**Skills and Expertise**:
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of Manufacturing and Automotive domains

Experience in selling Data & Analytics and other software services is a bonus

Self-motivated, driven and high enthusiasm.

Excellent communication skills, Multi-lingual skills (German, English are mandatory; French, Italian etc. are bonus) are desired.

Good IT, budget and contract writing skills.

To be an individual contributor initially which have space to grow in to a larger role over the coming years as the business grows.

**Salary**: 115,877.27€ - 150,151.57€ per year
