Operations Specialist

We are searching for an operations specialist to support our Ned-Nordic and DACH operations. Reporting to the Head of Restaurant Excellence this role is responsible for implementing strategies to improve return on investment through reduction of operations, development and in store management costs. As this is a dynamic role, the successful applicant will be able to embrace changes and quickly incorporate these into your daily work with a positive and proactive attitude. This is an exciting time to join Subway as we continue to open new locations and refresh existing sites

**Position responsibilities include**:

- Create a people first working culture, and work with relevant stakeholders to build and develop training, SOP’s and solutions for Operations Technology, Off Premise & Digital that builds operations and store team members capability.
- Develop, test and influence adoption of future-looking initiatives that drive operational effectiveness and efficiency, business performance and franchisee profitability
- Act as a BU Operations Lead SME for testing, implementation and redefining of Operations, Technology, Off Premise solutions.
- Support the Marketing team to create and distribute operational details, instructions and documents in support of LTO’s and other marketing promotions.
- Assist with local testing of new products and track and analyze results.
- Drive the accountability and influence of the operations function to achieve brand and functional goals.
- Deliver analysis and insights from operations key performance indicators.
- This role is expected to travel throughout the region regularly (Ned-Nordics and DACH) as well as come to the Cologne, office 1 a week.
