The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
**How you will CELLebrate**
- Establishment of the Supplier Governance department, which consists of SQM process experts (standardization) and experts in the areas of IT systems, QM tools, chemistry, raw materials and technical cleanliness
- Leading a team
- Responsibility for the creation and implementation of standardized supplier quality processes
- Responsibility for the global roll-out of PowerCo's standardized SQM processes with the associated internal interfaces, including the corresponding IT systems
- Monitoring of measures and status reports
- Preparation and provision of reporting of PowerCo's manufacturing plants to the central SQM department
- Ensuring training and education of employees and the corresponding interface functions
**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, production engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in building a team
- Leadership Experience
- Professional leadership experience of cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of supplier readiness; Supplier Quality Management Processes
- Experience in dealing with suppliers and standardization of processes
- Solid knowledge of quality management and the automotive sector (ISO9001, IATF16949)
- Experience in the field of electromobility and battery cells
- Above-average ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness and initiative
- Willingness to travel
