**YOUR MISSION**
- Administrative support to the implementation and data transfer for the new CAFM as well as Physical Access Management tools
- Project Management Support of Large Infrastructure Projects
- Minute taking in meetings, including transcription from German to English
- Supporting projects for the improvement of processes and services of the General Services Division, including its contribution to the digitalization initiative
**YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Secretarial or administrative qualification/training and proven experience in admin support within a multi-lingual and/or international environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with international staff on all business levels
- Strong support focus and user orientation
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of team working
- English level at least B2/C1, German basic knowledge
