**Your Impact**:
Key team player on AXON Enterprises success. You will support the shipping team and ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. You are analytical, well-organized and excels in communication.

**What You'll Do**:
**_Location:_** **Axon Public Safety Germany**
**_Reports to:_** **Global Returns Supervisor**:

- Function as the administrative representative to Global Returns.
- Interact with our customers with support for the return of faulty devices
- Act as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements such as automating systems.
- Maintain Quality Databases used, such as Jira and Confluence
- May also be involved in other special projects important to the Global Supply Chain Department

**What You'll Bring**:

- 1-2 years administrative experience with warehouse management systems.
- Good sense of root cause analysis and problem solving
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience in reverse logistics
