Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Working Student to join our Research team

**About AMBOSS**:
AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

**You will**:

- Be responsible for the maintenance and community management of our database of engaged research participants
- Maintain our internal team documentation
- Ensure GDPR compliance by efficiently managing personally identifiable information
- Create a project management portal from our existing documentation
- Make our research projects more accessible by supporting our repository creation
- Support a company knowledge management project
- Assist in developing training materials for non-researchers

**You bring**:

- Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing, German skills nice to have
- Time & project management abilities - Even when balancing multiple tasks you work quickly and efficiently
- Precise documentation skills - You’re great at organising ideas and information in a structured manner
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities - You will work closely with the researchers to support them and ascertain their needs
- Critical thinking skills - You like to evaluate all possible options before making independent judgments backed by a clear rationale

- Detail-oriented, meticulous - You’re quick to notice and correct mistakes
- Proactive problem solver - You take the initiative and foresee potential challenges
- Empathetic & collaborative - You consider the needs of the researchers when you implement changes or developments
- Process oriented - You prioritise the journey, while keeping an eye on finding efficiencies
- Flexible - You stay adaptable even with circumstances changing around you
- Nice to have: Interested in Market or User Research
