Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort in Dessau-Roßlau suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei**:Group Lead (w/m/d) chemische Qualitätskontrolle**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sicherstellung und Organisation des GMP- und termingerechten Prüfablaufs
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Personalführung
- Freigabe von Prüfdokumentation
- Kontrolle bzw. Review sonstiger GMP-Dokumente
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Gentechnik
- und Brandschutzvorschriften im Team
- Mitarbeit in teamübergreifenden Projekten
- Präsentation von Fachthemen und der Struktureinheit

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master Uni/FH) Chemie, Biochemie oder im pharmazeutischen Bereich + erste Erfahrungen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie bzw. instrumentellen Analytik
- Alternativ: Relevante abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung + langjährige praktische Erfahrungen im pharmazeutischen Bereich und in der instrumentellen Analytik
- Gute Kenntnisse in GMP und GLP
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Reflexions-, Kooperations
- und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme
