As Operational Excellence Lead you will play an active role in promoting and driving Operational Excellence (OE) Initiatives. By deploying Lean tools and methodologies in the organization, you will provide leadership, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship of OE initiatives in functional Departments. **Core Responsibilities**
**As Operational Excellence Lead, You will**
- Lead and drive OE initiatives by understanding and defining current processes and developing Standardized Work
- Facilitate the establishment of functional Department Key Performance Indicators and setting up their Dashboards and A-3's to monitor and report performance
- Sponsor, lead or facilitate Kaizens
- Develop Lean skills of operations Personnel by implementing Lean tools and methodologies and by creating and managing formal training sessions and on-the-job coaching
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ensure a high level of safety and work with stakeholders utilizing 5S to establish a safe and efficient workplace and audit regularly the workplace and storage areas to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and 5S

**Qualifications**:
**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or equivilant experience, preferably in Chemistry, Engineering, Business
- Leadership experience in a variety of technical or operational assignments
- Ability to effectively lead, coach, and support cross-functional teams
- Ability to think and work at a “strategic” level as well as at a “project” level
- Excellent German and English skills
