Logistics Coordinator

What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another with the logistics partners
- Arrange schedules, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
- Ensure loads for shipment are processed in the transport management systems.
- Follow up on shipments with internal stakeholders and ensure systems are up to date.
- Support preparing logistics documentation.
- Manages activities throughout the transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met & handle customer claims (delays, lost in transit)
- Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes in cooperation with the logistics analyst
- Other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in Logistics
- Ability to analyze data and understand connections
- Understanding of quality management principles
- Experience using Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to work the night shift
