**Your tasks**:

- Personnel administrative tasks from entry to exit, e.g. the preparation of employment contracts and certificates
- Independent creation of HR reports and evaluations
- Collaboration on current projects, e.g. employer branding, introduction of HR master data system
- Creation and editing of documents, overviews & presentations

**Your profile**:

- Ongoing studies of business administration with focus on human resources, business psychology, psychology or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience in the field of human resources and knowledge of labor law
- A careful and independent way of working characterizes you just as much as team spirit and flexibility
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-confident appearance paired with empathy and tact
- Precise and independent operation
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, SAP knowledge desirable
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
