YOU
- will be responsible for ensuring information security for the FWU Group and the respective legal entities
- will define and update information security policies and related documents and drive correspondent implementation in different legal entities
- will be responsible for the implementation and development of Information security measures, e.g. examination of the appropriateness of measures, coordination of measures with the management and monitoring of the implementation of measures
- will be the central contact point for business units relating to information security
- will be carrying out risk assessments, reviews, and tests in relation to information security
- will manage and follow up on and documenting information security incidents
- will ensure the execution of information security awareness training

IF YOU HAVE
- a degree in (Business) Information Systems or Business Science from a university or university of applied sciences
- several years of experience in information security and IT security and working in an IT position with significant IT security responsibilities
- experience with the German IT baseline protection methodology "IT Grundschutz", IT security concepts and IT security management systems (ISO 27001)
- solid expertise in analysis and documentation
- a certification in IT security, or plans in place to obtain same (e.g., ISO 27011, CISSP, CISM, etc.)
- strong communication skills, conceptual strength and if you are result-driven and pro active
- excellent command of German and English (both written and spoken); other languages would be a plus
- experience of the insurance and/or financial services sector would be a plus
