**Job Description Summary**: Wir bei GE Power Conversion entwickeln maßgeschneiderten Lösungen der elektrischen Antriebs
- und Automatisierungstechnik und setzen unsere fortschrittlichen, zukunftsweisenden Motor-, Antriebs
- und Steuerungstechnologien ein, um die industriellen Prozesse von heute für eine sauberere und produktivere Zukunft weiterzuentwickeln. Damit unterstützen wir die unterschiedlichsten Wirtschaftssektoren, wie z.B. Energie, Marine, Industrie, Forschung - inklusive eines umfangreichen Serviceangebots.

Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der unser Project Management Team am Standort Berlin unterstützen kann. Die Einteilung der Arbeitszeiten kann flexibel und individuell nach gemeinsamer Absprache erfolgen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung des Project Management Teams beim operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft
- Zusammenstellung und Ablage von verschiedenen Dokumenten
- Unterstützung bei Projekt Management Aufgaben
- Ergänzung und Überarbeitung von Dokumenten, Präsentationen
- Mitwirkung beim Reporting sowie Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen z. B. Kundenbesuch.
- Pflege und Analyse von Daten in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP (wünschenswert) und MS-Projekt (wünschenswert)

**Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig und bringst entsprechend Folgendes mit**:

- Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares
- „Digital Native“ - versierter Umgang mit Tools, wie z.B. MS Office, MS Excel Pivots, Smartsheet, Power BI
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer „Hands-on“ Mentalität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit auch in virtuellen Teams
- Last but not least: sehr gute Deutsch-, und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
