Für unser Team Customer Service suchen wir ab sofort unbefristet Dich als Specialist Customer Service (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit 20 Std. / Woche.

Für diese Aufgabe suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die durch ein sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten überzeugt. Das Arbeiten im Team ist einer unserer Erfolgsfaktoren, aus diesem Grund setzen wir auf Teamfähigkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Empathie, unterstützt von Eigenverantwortlichkeit und einer Hands-On-Mentalität.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du betreust unsere Kunden (Apotheken, Großhandlungen und Klinken) telefonisch als auch schriftlich und stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Du unterstützt in der Abwicklung von Aktionen und Kampagnen.
- Daneben ist die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Bestell
- und Versandprozesses ein großer Bestandteil deiner Aufgaben
- Ein serviceorientierter Umgang mit Reklamationen und Beschwerden gehört zu deinem Tagesgeschäft
- Daneben kümmerst du dich um Prozessoptimierungen, die deinen Aufgabenbereich betreffen und übernimmst die entsprechende Projektkoordination

**Dein Anforderungsprofil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du legst ein hohes Maß an Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität an den Tag
- Kommunikation ist deine Stärke und Leidenschaft, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen im Prozess-/ Projektmanagement mit
- Du gehst sicher mit den MS Office Programm um und hast umfangreiche SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel und kannst sowohl am Vormittag als auch am Nachmittag arbeiten
