Key Project Supervisor Healthcare (m/w/d)

in Teil
- oder Vollzeit

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von übergreifenden Projekten der Medperion Unternehmen
- Steuerung und Koordination von Projektteams bestehend aus den Projektleitern und Experten der mitwirkenden Unternehmen
- Kontinuierlicher Soll-/Ist-Abgleich zu Projektfortschritt, Zielerreichung und Umsetzungsqualität anhand von umfangreichen Projektplänen
- Sicherstellung der Projekt-Performance, Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen bei Projektanfragen, kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und KPIs
- Sicherstellung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Status-Updates mit dem Kunden und allen internen relevanten Stakeholdern
- Führen von umfangreichen Projektplänen
- Umsatz
- und Etatverantwortung

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Gesundheitswirtschaft, Pharma Marketing oder Kosmetik
- Affinität und Kenntnisse der verschiedenen Kommunikationsdisziplinen
- Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von Multi-Channel-Projekten sind ein Plus
- Sehr gutes Organisationstalent, Kreativität und Kostenbewusstsein
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenverständnis
- Engagement, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Standard-MS-Office-Programmen
