Teamlead Environmental Protection

**Responsibilities**:

- You lead a team of 3 people in the area of Environmental Protection and support the strategy development and goal setting of the area
- You lead and coordinate due diligences in the field of environmental protection and occupational health and safety
- You are in charge for the technical management of contaminated site projects and internal consulting for the relevant sites
- You conduct HSE audits and trainings at Freudenberg sites worldwide
- You provide support for initiatives focusing on environmental protection and resource conservation (especially air and water emissions, waste and energy) in the subgroups
- You actively promote the exchange of information between sites in Germany and abroad on environmental protection issues

**Qualifications**:

- You have a successfully completed university degree, in the field of natural sciences or engineering or a comparable background
- You have at least 4-6 years of professional experience with due diligence and remediation of contaminated sites as well as in the field of environmental, occupational and health protection
- knowledge in the field of occupational safety is advantageous, ideally you also have a degree as a specialist for occupational safet
- Your working style is independent, team-oriented and you are characterized by a strategic thinking ability
- You have willingness to travel approx. 30 % (nationally and internationally)
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills are desirable
