**About The Role**:

As an intern in our People team, your main focus will be on Talent Acquisition, where you will learn the ins-and-outs of the hiring process from our experienced TA Managers, supporting them in their work and taking on more and more accountability as you go. You might also take part in other administrative tasks within the team as needed, and contribute to our onboarding, L&D and other people processes.

During your **6 month internship**, we will make sure that your tasks and responsibilities match your interest and strengths, as well as our business needs, and that you're making the best out of your time here. **What You Will Do**:

- You will coordinate interview processes across multiple positions, supporting TA Managers with administrative and interviewing tasks
- You will facilitate the early stages of onboarding: documentation, employment contracts, managing employee data within our HRIS system, and other
- You will bring a fresh perspective on how to improve and automate our processes
- Contribute to other projects in the People team based on our needs and your interests

**What You Need To Have**:

- You are a student or have a degree in psychology, humanities, management or a comparable course of study
- You have up to 1 year experience in recruitment, coordination or HR
- Flexibility, adaptability to change and a growth mindset
- A collaborative spirit and an outgoing personality - you are a super connector who's genuinely interested in supporting others
- Autonomous and diligent in your tasks, you have a strong sense of ownership and motivation to learn
- An eye for detail along with solid organizational skills will be your best allies
- Exceptional English language skills, written and verbal
