Distribution Coordinator

**Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities**
- Pick, Pack & Ship of medical products
- Receive of products and put-awy
- Stock counts - Verify inventory computations against physical count of stock and adjustments in ERP system

**Required Skills / Capabilities**
- Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flow charting, and graphs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

**Education and Experience**
- ideally Warehouse Logistics Expert or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ideally Distribution / warehouse experience, ideally in an orthopaedic company.
- Strong attention to detail but with a flexible approach.
- Affinity for tools/instruments
- Customer oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently

**Travel and/or Physical Requirements**
- seated and standing activities
- activitiy requires lifting up to 20 kg
- For roles that require access to hospital facilities, must be eligible for and maintain credentials at all required hospitals, including meeting any applicable physical requirements or vaccination requirements (including the COVID-19 vaccine, as applicable)._
