You support our team as
**Global Category Buyer (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support in the design and implementation of global category management for raw materials within the SurTec Group
- Collaboration in developing a concept for defining KPIs for selected global categories
- Training and coaching of local buyers at SurTec
- Responsibility for managing specific global categories to achieve cost savings and secure the supply chain
- Conducting market analyses and sourcing new raw materials
- Support for the continuous improvement of existing global procurement processes
**Qualifications**:
- Completed studies in (International) Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, with experience in global category management and matrix organizations, preferably in an international context
- Team-oriented and able to motivate others
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including in an intercultural setting
- Independent working style
- Solution
- and process-oriented thinking
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with SAP (MM module)
- Very good German and English skills (fluent in spoken and written)
