We are looking for an Engine Sales Representative to join our Engine Sales, Marketing and Service Department in Rodgau, Germany.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Independent support of Kubota customers, with the aim of strengthening and expanding the business in Germany and abroad, especially in the countries of the KDG sales area, Central, Southeast and Eastern Europe, if necessary also other countries
- Expansion and maintenance of business relationships with customers with the goal of sustainable sales growth
- Presentation and active sales of Kubota products (engines and engine-related products)
- Acquisition of new customers, customer retention, customer-related marketing
- Concept development for strategic customer care and further development of customers
- Evaluation of customer requirements and formulation of solutions, preparation of customer analyses
- Preparation of calculations and offers; basic as well as project-related negotiations with customers
- Project management and follow-up in cooperation with the customer and internal departments in the group
- Participation in trade fair appearances of KUBOTA (Deutschland) GmbH at home and abroad.
**Skills and Background**
- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management (Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL))
- Technical and commercial knowledge of petrol/diesel engines
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales (engines, transmissions, power trains or hydraulics)
- Previous experience with project management
- Fluency in German and English are required
- Sales mindset and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel (10-20% of the time).
