**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Plan lessons in specific according to the Badem-Württemberg and SIS curriculum and present them to students using creative teaching techniques in engaging ways daily.
- Assess the weaknesses, strengths and abilities of every student at the start of the school year and each week, and address the needs appropriately. Support students in accordance with the SIS assessment regulation.
- Maintain communication with parents in accordance with the SIS Communication and Conduct Code. Contact parents when necessary, communicating any special needs or concerns you feel their child has or provide positive feedback on their childs performance.
- Maintain SIS Stuttgart-Fellbach rules for a disciplined classroom that still allows students to feel comfortable asking questions and completing exercises/tasks.

**Dein Profil**:

- You have an appropriate pedagogical qualification (fully qualified teacher, PGCE/QTS/2nd Staatsexamen or equivalent) and have already gained practical teaching experience.
- You have English language skills at a native level.
- You are willing to develop professionally.
- You enjoy supporting children in their development as a whole personality.
- You are enthusiastic, inspiring and creative.
