- Du führst eines unserer agilen Produktteams fachlich: Gemeinsam tragt ihr die volle Produktverantwortung von der Anforderungsanalyse, über das Design und die Implementierung, bis hin zum Test und produktiven Betrieb - natürlich iterativ
- Du definierst die Produktvision und die Produkt-Roadmap für Deine Produkte in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Fachbereich, berätst insbesondere zu technischen Aspekten und Machbarkeit, priorisierst neue Features und übernimmst die Sprintplanung
- Du kümmerst Dich um den Backlog, d.h. erstellst Designs, schreibst Epics und User Stories, hältst Backlog Refinements, klärst offene Fragen mit Unterstützung unserer Business Analysten und IT-Architekten, und erkennst Abhängigkeiten zu anderen Teams
- Du stimmst die Weiterentwicklung Deiner Produkte mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der Fachabteilung sowie anderen Product Ownern innerhalb der IT-Organisation ab
- Du führst Dein Produktteam (5-7 Personen) auch organisatorisch und übernimmst Personalverantwortung - so kannst Du Dich entfalten und steuerst alle Parameter Deines Teams
- Du hältst die Balance zwischen kreativer Freiheit und notwendigen Prozessen, um das Potential Deines Teams voll ausschöpfen zu können
