**Sales Service Specialist, Deutschland**
**Hybrider Arbeitsplatz mit Sitz im Münchener Showroom**
**(DE/EN, 100%)**
**Deine Hauptaufgaben**
- Angebotserstellung, Auftragserfassung, Vorbestellungen und Ad-hoc-Nachbestellungen für Handels
- und B2B-Partner sicherstellen
- Key-Account-Verwaltung inkl. Hochladen von EDI-Umsatzberichten, saisonale und regelmässige Merchandising-Planung und Restocking
- Showroom-Unterstützung einschließlich Präsentation von Mustern, Merchandising von Mustern für Showings, Unterstützung von Showings mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern,Musterinventarisierung und Bestandskontrollen, Versand von Mustern
- Ausgewählte saisonale Training-Unterstützung am POS
- Ausgewählte saisonale POS-Verkaufsunterstützung
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Whiteboards für Handels
- und B2B-Kunden
- Unterstützung von Sales Meetings und Kundenveranstaltungen und Events
**Dein Profil**
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Handelsschule oder Ähnliches)
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service oder Sales
- Fundierte IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook), Kenntnisse im Fotobearbeitungsbereich wünschenswert
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusste und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Service -und Zahlenflair, exakter Arbeitsweise und rascher Auffassungsgabe
- «Hands-On-Mentalität» und Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Zeiten die Ruhe und den Überblick sowie den Servicegedanken zu bewahren
- Sportliche und passionierte Person, die den Teamgedanken lebt
