**A day in the life of a Factory Controller**:

- Primarily, you will be a Co-Pilot for our management team in the factory around all commercial issues and thus play a key role in steering the business strategically.
- You support budget planning, perform variance analyses, and develop recommendations for action.
- You are in charge of product costings, transfer pricing and transfer price revisions.
- You are organizing and executing monthly and yearly closings and actively accompany the forecasting process.
- In the absence of your manager, you represent him/her at various meetings and presentations.
- You engage in various cost savings projects across the plant.

**What will make you successful?**
- You have successfully completed a business degree (e.g., business administration/industrial engineering).
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company.
- You live your role as Co-Pilot, like to take responsibility and do not shy away from critical topics.
- Fluent English skills facilitate your work in our international environment as well as good German language skills (B1 level) for communication on site at the plant.
- You are a committed team player and count strong communication and analytical skills among your strengths.
- The confident handling of MS-Office (especially Excel & Access) as well as SAP user skills complete your profile.
