**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:
- Develop a sourcing strategy by working closely with recruiters and hiring managers
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights to identify new sourcing techniques and best practices
**COME AS YOU ARE**:
- You have already some experience in Talent/Active Sourcing/Headhunting
- You have some experience with business networks (e.g. XING, LinkedIn) and with Boolean searches
- You do not give up easily and you like to find new and creative ways to approach people
- You speak very good English and German
**Additional Information**:
