Am Standort Friedrichsdorf entwickelt und fertigt die Valeo Telematik und Akustik GmbH innovative Leistungselektronik rund um das Thema intelligente Telematik, um Telekommunikation, Navigation, Ortung und Informatik miteinander zu vernetzen und den Fahrkomfort sowie die Verkehrssicherheit zu erhöhen. Um unsere Weiterentwicklung voranzutreiben, suchen wir Sie für unser Expertenteam am Standort in Kronach zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie als
- Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger HW Konzepte für Telematik Steuergeräte
- Führung und Koordination von internen HW Projektteams beginnend mit der Projektakquise bis SOP in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
- Präsentation von HW Konzepten bei unseren Kunden und intern bis zu unserem Management
- Anforderungsanalyse und direkter Kundenkontakt zur Identifikation optimaler Konzepte
- Kombination bewährter Teilsysteme, neuer Technologien und innovativer Lösungen
- Kooperation mit internen Stakeholdern wie Systemarchitektur, Konstruktion, Produktion, Software, Einkauf, Projektmanagement und weiteren Fachbereichen
- Auswahl von Schlüsselkomponenten und Abstimmung mit möglichen Lieferanten
- Erstellung und Verfolgung von HW Entwicklungsplänen im Rahmen unserer Entwicklungsprozesse
- Produktion von Prototypen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des abgestimmten Entwicklungsbudgets
Damit begeistern Sie uns:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Steuergeräten vorzugsweise in der Automobilindustrie
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Telematik Anwendungen
- Erfahrung in Erstellung von Leiterplatten Designs (HDI & HF) und Schaltplänen (Cadence, Zuken)
- Kenntnisse von Anforderungsmanagement-Tools und -Methoden (DOORS), Test-Spezifikationen und Zuverlässigkeitsanalysen
- Erfahrung mit Temperatur-Simulationen und -Regelsystemen in Steuergeräten
- Erfahrung mit High-Speed-Designs
- Design to cost, Design for test, Design for production
- Gute Kenntnisse mit 5G Mobilfunksystemen und Antennensystemen für 5G, GNSS, MIMO, Broadcast
- Soft Skills: Führungsqualitäten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
