**Ihre Rolle in unserem Team**:

- Sie leiten den Global IT Stream unserer CLAAS connect API. Diese ermöglicht es unseren Landwirten und Lohnunternehmern, die Daten ihrer CLAAS connect Maschinen mit ihrer Farm Management Software zu verbinden.
- Sie bewerten Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und erarbeiten Konzepte und Lösungsdesigns mit Bezug auf das Portfolio Digital Products.
- Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unterschiedlichen Teams aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen und der Global IT zusammen, um relevante Anforderungen zu identifizieren und zu spezifizieren.
- Ferner stellen Sie die Umsetzung und Optimierung mit relevanten Stakeholdern sicher und begleiten die systemtechnische Umsetzung in Zusammenspiel mit externen und internen Dienstleistern bzw. setzen diese mit ihrem Team um.
- Sie unterstützen bei Testaktivitäten und verantworten das Defect Management für das Themenfeld.
- Abschließend stellen Sie sicher, dass die Anwendungen als integrierte Lösung im Zusammenspiel mit anderen Modulen der Portfolien Digital Channels und Digital Products harmonieren.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (FH/Uni) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
- Ihre Erfahrungen im agilen Projektmanagement für ein Entwicklungsteam im Java EE Umfeld und in skalierbaren Cloud-Plattformen (z.B. Microsoft Azure) und Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes) setzenm Sie sicher ein.
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und der Anforderungsbeschreibung für Java EE Systeme sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie sind ein analytischer und kreativer Teamplayer mit Kundenzentrierung, Eigeninitiative, Gestaltungswille sowie ausgeprägtem Interesse an innovativen Lösungen und Ideen.
- Sie verfügen über ein souveränes Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und Umsetzungsstärke gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Spaß an komplexen, dynamischen Aufgabenstellungen.
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) sind verhandlungssicher.
- Erfahrungen im Kontext mit Farm Management Informationssystemen sind wünschenswert.
