Im Rahmen deiner Internzeit bist du Teil des Teams Event Project Management. Gemeinsam stellen wir professionelle People Engagement & Feelgood Events unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen sicher. Unser Ziel ist es, die Kommunikationsziele zu erreichen und die Kernbotschaften zu den strategischen Themen der Unternehmenskommunikation des jeweiligen Kunden zu platzieren. Dabei achten wir stets auf die Unternehmensstrategie und das Corporate Design. Hier sind einige konkrete Aufgabenbereiche:

- Du unterstützt uns bei der Konzeption, Planung, Organisation, Umsetzung und Auswertung von Veranstaltungen zur Mitarbeiterbindung.
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und Briefings und koordinierst den Abstimmungsprozess mit anderen Abteilungen.
- Du bereitest kaufmännische Prozesse vor, wie beispielsweise das Einholen von Angeboten, Verhandlungen, Auslösen von Bestellvorgängen und Überprüfung von Rechnungen.
- Die Personalplanung, -beschaffung, -einsatz und -steuerung liegen ebenfalls in deiner Verantwortung. Außerdem steuerst du Dienstleister für Veranstaltungstechnik, Dekoration und Messebau, Catering, Sicherheitsdienste und Personaldienstleister.
- Du stimmst dich mit den Beteiligten aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen ab und erstellst Ablauf
- und Regiepläne, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos abläuft.
- Nicht zuletzt holst du die erforderlichen Genehmigungen von Behörden und Ämtern ein.

Deine Qualifikationen

Idealerweise studierst du Eventmanagement, Messe
- und Kongressmanagement, Medien
- und Kommunikationswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Event oder eine ähnliche Fachrichtung. Zusätzlich hast du bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Eventmanagement im Rahmen von Ausbildungen, Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten usw. gesammelt. Darüber hinaus zeichnen dich folgende Eigenschaften aus:

- Du hast bereits Berührungspunkte mit der Organisation von Live-, Digital
- und Hybrid-Events gehabt.
- Du bist selbstständig, analytisch und strukturiert in deiner Arbeitsweise. Du hast klare Ziele vor Augen und bist lösungsorientiert. Auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf.
- Du bist ein talentierter Kommunikator sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich. Darüber hinaus beherrschst du Deutsch verhandlungssicher (mind. C1-Niveau).
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office 365.
