Für unseren Bereich Finance suchen wir ab sofort, in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen:
**Financial System Administrator (m/w/d)**

Standort: Böblingen
Requisition Nr.: 241276

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verwaltung sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Planungs
- und Forecasting-Anwendung (OneStream) und fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen den Bereichen Finance und IT.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verwaltung von Systemänderungen/-erweiterungen für den Planungs
- und Forecasting-Prozess in allen Unternehmensgruppen
- Unterstützung bei der Prozessgestaltung bei den Themen (langfristige) Finanzplanung und Konsolidierung sowie der detaillierten Budgetierung einschließlich Personal
- und Kapitalplanung
- Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz bei der Konsolidierung und dem Reporting
- Unterstützung der Benutzer und Pflege der Systemprotokolle bei der Behebung von Problemen mit der Datenvalidierung und dem Reporting
- Schulung aller Systemnutzer über die Möglichkeiten und bei Systemanpassungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich eines internationalen, produzierenden Unternehmens sowie Affinität für Systeme und Anwendungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit finanzspezifischen Anwendungen und ERP-Systemen
- Selbständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
