Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Wir suchen Dich ab 1. April 2023: Als Intern in unserem Field Marketing Team in Berlin unterstützt du für 6 Monate die strategische sowie operative Umsetzung ausgewählter Maßnahmen und Projekte in der Region Ost-Deutschland. Dabei kannst du dich bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie bei der Realisierung diverser Projekte maßgeblich beteiligen. Zudem setzen wir auf deine innovativen und einzigartigen Ideen bei der Aktivierung dieser Projekte.

**ENTWICKLUNG VON KREATIVEN AKTIVIERUNGSKONZEPTEN**:
Mit deinen kreativen Aktivierungsideen für unsere Events triffst du unsere Konsumenten direkt ins Herz und bringst ihnen dadurch unsere Projekte näher. Neben der Konzeption von Aktivierungskonzepten, wirst du diese auch durch Koordination unserer studentischen MitarbeiterInnen umsetzen.

**ABSTIMMUNG MIT ALLEN RELEVANTEN STAKEHOLDERN**:
Du bist ein echtes Organisationstalent und schaffst es, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig unter einen Hut zu bringen. Dabei fällt es dir leicht, Kollegen anderer Abteilungen einzubinden und mit externen Partnern zu kommunizieren.

**EVENT SUPPORT**:
Vom Startschuss bis zur Zielgeraden bist du ein wichtiger Teil unserer Red Bull Events. Neben Assistenzaufgaben bei unseren großen Events, wirst du auch eigenverantwortlich Projekte umsetzen (Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championships, RB Leipzig Lecture) und 3rd Party Events betreuen (Splash Festival, CSD Berlin). Hierbei lernst Du alle Seiten eines Events kennen und dokumentierst diese für unser Reporting.

**ADMINISTRATION**:
In der täglichen Arbeit unterstützt du das Team bei der administrativen und organisatorischen Arbeit im Student Marketeer Programm (Sampling Focus und University Focus). Neben Recherchearbeiten bist du hier zudem Ansprechpartner für die Organisation von Meetings und Workshops sowie Teamabfragen.

- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Business, Sport, Management oder Ähnliches
- Du befindest dich mitten im Studium
- Du hast eine Affinität zur Brand, trinkst und liebst Red Bull
- Du weißt aus eigener Erfahrung, dass Red Bull beim Arbeiten, Autofahren, Lernen, Feiern und nicht zuletzt beim Sport Flügel verleiht
- Du hast optimalerweise bereits Vorerfahrungen durch vorangegangene Praktika in relevanten Feldern sammeln können
- Kenntnisse in Budgetverwaltung, Logistik und Personalwesen von Vorteil
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsgeschick, Organisationstalent, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Zuverlässigkeit, Kontaktfreude und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Du bist kreativ, proaktiv und unkonventionelle Lösungswege reizen dich
- Du arbeitest mit Liebe zum Detail und besitzt sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel sowie Powerpoint)
- Du bist gerne unterwegs - auch mal am Wochenende
- Du bist ein/e Teamplayer/in und lachst auch gerne mal über dich selbst :)
