Your mission
- Business Controlling
- KPI Reporting via plant-based balanced scorecard and daily report
- support and challenge the organisation in managing the business cycle
- drive profitability, stimulate sharing and introduce best practices and make use of the entire Corrugated Solutions network
- perform high quality business analysis and business presentations for Senior Management
- participate in specific financial or business projects within the Business Segment and in collaboration with other plants
- follow-up on (ad hoc) information requests from affiliates, Management and Business Segment Controlling
- drive Capex approvals and pay-back calculations
- Manage Digitalisation & IT
- be the main driving force for process improvements and digitalisation efforts in the plant by taking the lead and coordinating function across all areas of the plant for this topic
- manage and challenge the existing business processes and systems (ERP / SAP and BoxSoft, CRM, logistics systems, Business Warehouse) with a view to update them to the state of the art, leveraging Business Segment and Group resources
- drive utilisation of the business tools and continuously ensure data quality in all systems
- ensure IT compliance with Mondi standards (infrastructure & security) and appropriate service levels / support to local organisations
- Management of Controlling & Accounting Team
- manage and develop team leads as well as team members
- supervise and improve day-to-day controlling and accounting processes

**Profile**:

- university degree in Business or Finance Management
- broad knowledge of finance, controlling and IFRS accounting standards
- 8 - 10 years’ experience gained through positions of increasing responsibility within Finance & Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- at least 5 years of relevant leadership experience
- Proven expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- experience in Hyperion & SAP is advantageous
- excellent communication skills combined with command of German and English
- conceptual and analytical skills
- proactive approach towards information sourcing and solution driven personality
- high level of self-motivation and strong team spirit
- proactive way of working, reliable and fast in execution
