We are looking for a highly innovative and motivated **Senior Interior Designer** to join our dynamic international design team in Munich. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to our design-driven philosophy, where creativity and collaboration are at the heart of our work. **Location**:Munich, Germany (Onsite)

**Note: Full visa and relocation support is provided.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Development**: Lead the creation and development of innovative design concepts from initial idea through to execution.
- **Product Applications**: Formulate new product strategies for global markets, particularly with a focus on the Chinese market.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Exterior and Interior Design, Fabrication, Engineering, Marketing, and Cost Analysis, along with external vendors and suppliers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to ensure the competitiveness and relevance of design solutions.
- **Trend Application**: Utilize insights from consumer design trends and forecasting to guide design strategies.
- **Presentations**: Deliver compelling design presentations to stakeholders, incorporating creative insights.
- **Problem-Solving**: Provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
- **Material Development**: Develop material concepts, including têxtiles, leather, vinyl, and other finishes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven expertise in both production and concept vehicle design.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, 2D illustration tools, and other relevant digital technologies.
- Strong skills in material development, color optimization, and finish mastery.
- Ability to think analytically and conceptually, combining logic, creativity, and strategy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas.
- Resourceful in overcoming challenges and developing solutions.
- Ability to connect people, processes, and systems for seamless project execution.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities, alongside effective resource management.
