Summary

For HENSOLDT, we are looking for an "Industrial Mechanic (f/m/d)" in the field of "mechanical manufacturing" for the "Mechanical Components" department at the Ulm location.

The department manufactures mechanical components using milling, sheet metal processing, and plastic techniques, connects components using various adhesive, soldering, and welding methods, paints components, and performs assembly activities

Your Tasks- Forming and bending in the field of sheet metal processing- Drilling, countersinking, deburring, finishing, and packaging of sheet metal parts- Punching and perforating sheet metal or plastic parts- Milling operations on a manual milling machine on individual or assembly parts- Mechanical assembly of individual parts and assemblies according to drawings and parts lists- Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and repair work- Use of manual tools or machines for adjustment, repair, or production of parts or products- Development of suggestions for improvements for cost-effective production of products- Recording and inputting times and efforts for product manufacturing in SAP- Independent execution of tasks and activities, including error analysis and evaluation- Working according to business processes, ISO, and quality guidelines

Your Profile- Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic or equivalent- Independent work style, coordination and integration skills, and assertiveness- Strong communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and ability to cooperate- Very good German language skills and understanding of English-language documents- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips is required
