**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten **:**Wir sind ein internationales Team in Hamburg mit Schnittstellen zu unseren globalen Solutions-Kunden. Wir bieten vielfältige Einblicke in die gesamte Prozesskette des Dienstleistungsmanagements. Mit ‘Moin’ und ‘Hej’ begrüßen wir uns bei SATAIR in Flughafennähe am Standort Fuhlsbüttel.**

**Um die Herausforderung zu meistern, unsere Material Management Solutions nachhaltig auf dem Toplevel zu halten, freuen wir uns auf Unterstützung in den Bereichen**:

- **Mitarbeit bei Data Handling, Kennzahlensystemen, AOS-Implementierung, Prozessdokumentation für Material Management Solutions**
- **Unterstützung des Teams bei dem Gestalten, dem Umsetzen und dem Kommunizieren von Transformations-Arbeitspaketen nach einer Reorganisation**
- **Vorbereitung, Implementierung, Kommunikation und Training agiler Methoden (z.B. Kanban mit JIRA) um unsere Kunden-Programme innerhalb Solutions zeitgemäß auszurichten**
- **Unterstützung bei Implementierung und Ausbau von Knowledge Management Methoden, Tools und Repositories (z.B. Confluence)**
- **Verbesserung der Kommunikationsstrukturen (Meeting-Governance) der Abteilung**
- **Erkennen und Ausarbeiten einer potentiellen Nachhaltigskeitsargumentation (CO2-Footprint) für unsere Solutions**

**Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**:

- Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Datenanalyse, Dateninterpretation, Aufbereitung und Kommunikation
- Erfahrungen in Produkten oder Anwendungen wie Google Suite, Google Looker Studio, Palantir skywise, Qlik Data, ATLASSIAN Jira oder Prozessdokumentation wünschenswert
- Engagiert und organisiert, selbstständig und kreativ, gute Teamfähigkeit
- Ein langfristiges Engagement während des Studiums ist wünschenswert und bevorzugt
