Stellenbeschreibung

**Aufgaben**
- Implementing and monitoring the control plan,
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring action plans resulting from controls,
- Propose solutions for improving/simplifying existing processes,
- Participating in the digitalisation of operational processes (customer relations entry path, CRM and transactional tools, etc.),
- Helping to increase awareness of teams regarding risks (mainly operational/compliance/legal and credit risks).
- Help building the future Internal Control system, bringing together the teams and the French and German private banks (in place since January 2022).

Anforderungsprofil

**Anforderungen**
- Familiarity with Office tools is a prerequisite, as well as mastering of the AML-FT and MIFID regulations (the decree of 03 November 2014 is the cornerstone of our profession). English is also a prerequisite.
- In terms of training/experience, you should have completed an academic curriculum focusing on audit and/or regulatory affairs and/or you have at least 3 years' related professional experience.
- We're looking for someone who's motivated, adaptable, rigorous, analytical and a team player.
- The atmosphere within this team of 4 people is very healthy and friendly, and each Controller takes over from, supports and assists his neighbour when necessary.
