Für unseren Bereich Quality Control suchen wir ab Juli 2024 **eine:n Specialist Quality Control Services (Mikrobiologie) (m/w/d)** in Teilzeit (30 Std./Woche).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mikrobiologische Kontrolle von Rohstoffen, Zwischen
- und Fertigprodukten nach Arzneibuchmonografien sowie internen und allgemeinen Prüfvorschriften
- Durchführung von Methodenvalidierungen und -verifizierungen im Rahmen der mikrobiologischen Prüfung von Rohstoffen, Zwischen
- und Fertigprodukten
- Durchführung von Hygieneuntersuchungen und Wasserprobenzug sowie Bewertung der Analyseergebnisse
- Auswertung von Analyseergebnissen mittels Tabellenkalkulation inklusive Statistik
- Dokumentation und Verwaltung des gesamten Prüfablaufs nach den Maßgaben der GMP (u.a. Probeneingänge, Messergebnisse, Herstellung von Reagenzien)
- Überprüfung des korrekten Datenübertrags in SAP
- Umgang, Bedienung, termingerechte Kalibrierung und vorbeugendeInstandhaltung von Analysengeräten im Labor sowie Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen
- Erstellung von Prüfprotokollen, Zertifikaten und Berichten sowie von SOPs und AVs
- Vertretung der Mitarbeitenden im Analytischen Labor ( z. B. nasschemische Prüfungen) bei Bedarf

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Biologie
- oder Chemielaborant:in (m/w/d), BTA oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Umfeld wünschenswert
- Analytische Fachkenntnisse
- Gute GMP-Kenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Hygieneverständnis
- PC-Kenntnisse zur Gerätesteuerung
- Gute SAP und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit bzgl. hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
