Bigfood Group is a company that develops, produces and markets a variety of product solutions for well-known foodservice and retail companies. In addition to focusing on the bulk consumer sector
we have successfully placed brands in the retail sector. Our portfolio ranges from
Dressings, juices and cheese to vegan products and healthy snacks.
We are based at our headquarters in Hamburg and have additional national and international
sales offices and our own production facilities. The most important part of our company is our
dynamic and highly motivated team, which works together successfully and in partnership due to its uncomplicated and open manner.
The special spirit of our company consists in the flat hierarchy, which makes it possible for everybody to
to implement their own ideas and critical suggestions in creative discussions. Our group of companies includes Bigfood Produktions GmbH, Hamburger Käselager GmbH, The Go Foods Company and our vegan division with the bedda brand.

**YOUR TASKS****:

- Ensuring a timely supply of materials
- Conduct price and contract negotiations
- Processing of service disruptions/complaints management
- Expansion and maintenance of supplier relationships
- Analysis of procurement markets, identification of new partners and Optimization of procurement processes
- Project management of new packaging and raw material items
- Sourcing, evaluation and qualification of suppliers
- Support and preliminary work of the department management

**OUR REQUIREMENTS****:

- Completed commercial education
- Professional experience - preferably in the food industry
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of the entire MS Office package and common ERP systems
- Expertise in purchasing management
