**Position**:
CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE's EMEA Legal Department acts as a Business Partner to all the Departments of CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE's subsidiaries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, closely involved in strategic and operational decisions.

In this context, CHRISTIAN DIOR COUTURE is looking for a** Legal Counsel** at its Munich headquarters, on a permanent Contract, to work alongside the EMEA Legal Department in Central Europe (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), Benelux (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands) and Nordics (Norway), in a dynamic environment and on a wide variety of assignments.

The EMEA department is involved in all internal and external legal issues, upstream and downstream of the marketing of Christian Dior Couture products.

He trains Stakeholders, provides the necessary tools and ensures that recommendations and actions addressed by central and regional teams are understood for decision-making and contractualization.

**Main activities**:
You will be responsible for advising all the teams in the above-mentioned Zones.

Areas of intervention: Services, Consulting, Freelance, Events, Consumer affairs, Competition, Confidentiality agreements, Letters of intent, Sales/CGVs, Purchase contracts/CGAs, Training, Customer recruitment/fostering, After-sales service, Compliance.

**Activities**:

- Consulting
- Negotiation and drafting of various contracts;
- Commercial Pre-litigation and Litigation - Customer complaints and after-Sales service
- Upgrading and harmonization of standard Contracts
- Harmonization and regular updating of General Terms and Conditions of Sales // of Purchases
- Assisting Zones with compliance issues (AML, third-party due diligence, anti-corruption, etc.)
- Detection and assessment of risks
- Search for business-oriented Solutions
- Proactivity/anticipation of structuring regulatory changes
- Active participation in the digitization of legal activities (contrathèque, docusign, etc.)
- Active participation in EMEA Legal Department teamwork
- Management of relations with local Law firms

**Profile**:

- German diploma in Business Law, Economic Law, European Business Law, and [German Bar]
- At least 5 years' successful experience, ideally as a Lawyer and in-house Legal Counsel
- An excellent level of written and spoken English, French on top is a plus
- Proficient in IT tools (Office, legal databases and tools, Internet)
- You're proactive and keen to get involved in an assignment where you'll be able to demonstrate qualities of curiosity, adaptability, responsiveness, rigor, rapid understanding, pragmatism, communication and team spirit
- Excellent organizational, writing, summarizing and teaching skills
- Aspire to work in an international and multicultural environment
