**Educational Resource Planning Officer **(m-f-d)**:
(Full-time; 38,5 hours/week; limited for 24 months)

**Job ID 23~21**:
The Educational Resource Planning Officer will have a central role in supporting academic operations at Constructor University in Bremen.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Examination Management:

- Participants list
- Proctors hiring & allocation
- Examination rooms allocation
- Teaching Room Management:

- Coordination with Multimedia Support
- Assignment of maintenance work
- Procurement & repair
- Basic Inventory Management
- Room Requests
- Teaching & Department Budgets
- Processing invoices
- Supporting the academic semester planning.
- Supporting teaching capacity planning
- Supporting the digitization of tasks & processes

**Your qualifications**:

- Track record in working in a structured manner
- Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Experience with Campus Management Systems or ERP systems would be appreciated.
- Experience in project management would be appreciated.
- Experience in working at an institution of higher education would be appreciated.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks
- Fluent in English and German would be appreciated.
