- Sie führen fachlich das Account

- Sie verantworten den gesamten Vertriebszyklus, von Bedarfsanalyse bis hin zur Steuerung der After-Sales-Aktivitäten.
- Sie beraten und verkaufen abschlussorientiert komplexe kundenorientierte Lösungen.
- Sie planen und führen Maßnahmen zur Kundenbetreuung/-bindung/-rückgewinnung durch..

**Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise mit betriebswirtschaftlichem und/oder technischem Hintergrund und haben eine mindestens 7- bis 10-jährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder im Consulting von ICT Lösungen. Sie besitzen hervorragende Kenntnisse und nachweisliche Erfolge in der Kundenbetreuung und Neukundenentwicklung bevorzugt bei einem Automobilhersteller im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld. Darüber hinaus:
- Fundiertes und belastbares Netzwerk bei unseren Accounts wie Continental, ZF, Bosch oder YAZAKI
- Branchenerfahrung und Prozess-Know-how im Umfeld Automotive inclusive der IT-Komponenten
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerung und mittelbarer Ergebnisverantwortung, sowie der fachlichen Führung
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Mitarbeiterführung innerhalb einer globalen Matrix-Organisation
- Expertise in der Durchführung von Verhandlungen, sowie ausgeprägte diplomatische Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse zur Steuerung internationaler Accounts in Abstimmung mit involvierten LBUs
