Deine Rolle:
The Supervisor Order and Shipment (M/F/d) leads a team, manages the delivery and availability of materials, optimizes stock level and quality of inventory (QOI) and ensures mínimal cost of transportation, storage, and other logistics. This position will work out of our Clarios EMEA location in Delbrueck/Germany.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Ensure on-time deliveries of customer orders
- Daily check of demands and inventories of Fin-goods and packaging of raw materials
- Stock data accuracy: manage the cycle counters and analyze differences
- Monitor and control of the analyze of customer schedules and create forecasts for internal planning
- Fit all requirements of all customers in using standards and starts improvement actions
- Control and review deliver performance (quantity, time)
- Monitor and control the dispatch plan for logistics service provider and utilization of freight
- Directly contact to customer, internal suppliers, service provider and shipper
- Cooperation with Sales / Key Account
- Monitor and control the clarification of differences in deliveries and define/organize improvement

- Check-up of Set up Materials System (SAP) in case of product changes, new product launches and

phase outs together with sales department
- Packaging control and management
- Ensure on-time packaging availability, (procurement, leasing, maintenance)
- Planning internal transport and storage of materials
- Monitor and control the activities of service providers
- organize unloading and on-time-booking of incoming goods
- Cost planning, Cost controlling and regular reporting
- Take responsibility for all direct and indirect work procedures and delegate complete tasks
- Motivate, instruct, and train the staff
- Ascertain that safety and accident prevention regulations are observed
- Taking of special tasks and projects

Deine Qualifikationen:
- Commercial training or apprenticeship in logistics (Ausbildung in der Logistik)- Several years of experience in a similar position- Experience leading a team- Excellent team and communication skills- MS Office, SAP R/3, WM, MM, SD desirable- Fluency in German and English is required
