Der zu betreuende Business Bereich ist unser Military Support Center (MSCG) mit einem sowohl militärischem als auch zivilem Helikopter Portfolio.
**Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte**:
Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit als „Support & Service Programcontroller MSCG (m/w/d)“ sind Sie der **proaktive Business Partner **für die operativ Verantwortlichen eines Programmes in Bezug auf die **Erreichung und Verbesserung der finanziellen und operativen Ergebnisse.**
**Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören insbesondere**:
- Schwerpunkt Vertragscontrolling mit Anteilen an Kostenstellen-Controlling
- Unterstützung und Vorbereitung der Geschäftsplanung (5 Jahre) und Forecasts des laufenden Jahres (Vertrag/Profitcenter)
- Unterstützen Sie Ihren Business Partner darin, die Vertragsperformance und die jeweiligen Kostentreiber zu verstehen und unterstützen Sie auch dabei Verbesserungspläne zu initiieren
- Sicherstellen der Durchführung von jährlichen Cost at Completion ausgewählter Verträge im notwendigen Detaillierungsgrad, um die Performance richtig steuern und überwachen zu können
- Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten einschließlich Plan-/Ist Vergleich um Kostenkontrolle zu gewährleisten
- Analyse und Bewertung des Plan-/Ist Vergleichs inkl. Vorschläge zu Korrekturmaßnahmen, sowie entsprechende Präsentationen und Programmreviews
- Budgetierung von einzelnen Kostenstellen
- Support bei Einsparungs
- und Verbesserungsprojekten
- Sicherstellen, das Chancen & Risiken bewertet werden inkl. Unterstützung zu Vorschlägen zur Mitigation
- Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen (Vertrag/Profitcenter)
- Vorbereitung relevanter Dokumentationen für Wirtschafts
- und Preisprüfungen
- Vertragsabwicklung (Fakturierung, Forderungs
- und Zahlungsmanagement)
- Übernahme/Unterstützung von Sonderprojekten/-themen innerhalb der Controlling-Abteilung
**Sie haben folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**:
- **Abgeschlossenes Studium **in Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertig
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung **Finanzwesen, Budgetcontrolling oder einem verwandten Bereich**:
- Ausgeprägte **Business-Partner-Eigenschaft**:
- Kenntnisse in folgenden **Tools**: SAP, BW, Analysis for Office, Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel, Google Suite-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft aus
- Strukturierter, proaktiver unabhängiger Arbeitsstil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen und Managementebenen
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungsansatz
- Verhandlungssichere **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**:
- Bereitschaft zu einer **Wochenarbeitszeit von 40 Stunden**
