**Junior Share Program Administrator (M/F/x)**

**Main tasks**:

- Administer employee share programs for Deutsche Post DHL as part of the central compensation team, incl. planning, design and optimization of globally consistent and smooth compensation processes
- Support the regional teams, onsite support and global divisional colleagues with complex requests and escalations regarding the employee share programs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. on finance and payroll issues with local payrolls organizations or case resolution with the plan administrator
- Assist in the preparation of management documents, communication materials (incl. info sessions and preparing of onboarding materials), invoicing and reporting documents
- Support in the rollout of entities and countries on the employee share programs

**Skills/qualifications**:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration/ Finance / Economics or similar area
- Desirably first work experience or internships in an international environment/ international corporations
- Fluent English skills (C1/C2), other languages desired
- Knowledge of or interest in employee share programs
- Desirable/advantageous: First working experience with regards to international taxation issues and/or payroll in an international environment
- High proficiency in the MS Office program suite
- Desirable/advantageous: first experience with automation tools (RPA, PowerApps, VBA) and/or reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
