Pid Coordinator

We are looking for a **Coordinator (M/F/d) for Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) **to join our team in **Oberursel** as soon as possible.

As a P&ID coordinator you...
- ...are involved in the preparation of P&IDs based on process flow diagrams (PFDs)
- ...coordinate the work between our project team, our customer and the drafting office in India:

- checking of the input information from our customers
- clarification of technical questions
- ensuring the delivery of the drafted P&I diagrams according to schedule
- quality checks of the P&I diagrams from India
- work planning with the drafting office in India
- estimation of working hour consumption
- digital handling of the P&I diagrams master document set to allow multi location collaboration
- handling and completing of the redlining of the P&I diagrams
- organizing and hosting online meetings (MS TEAMS)
- revision and change management for P&I diagrams
- calculation of key performance indicators
- using the document management tools and collaboration with the document control team

**Specially required experience**:

- experiences in working with P&IDs, understanding of the symbolic language
- basic understanding of process engineering and good general technical knowledge
- very good spoken and written English and German

**Required Software tools**:

- Experiences with AVEVA Diagrams and AVEVA Engineer are a plus
- MS TEAMS & Sharepoint
- PDF-XChange editor

**Core Competencies and Attitude**:

- Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical or Process Engineering or comparable)
- Good team working and coordination skills
