- Your Role- As Director Digitalization in Operations, you are responsible for the continuous development and implementation of the global MANN+HUMMEL digitalization strategy in Operations and communicate this within the organization, including reporting to the Executive Board level Steering Committee.- Main Tasks- Leading and developing the global digitalization team consisting of approximately four employees.
- Providing global support and coordination to regional and local digitalization representatives and project managers (functional reporting).
- Regularly screening and conducting potential analyses of new technologies for Industry 4.0 / digitalization within the company (production, logistics, HSE, quality, manufacturing technology, etc.).
- Implementing, enhancing, as well as planning, conceptualizing, and implementing digitalization solutions on a global scale.
- Developing and implementing global roll-out strategies.
- Creating and implementing lighthouse concepts.
- Evaluating projects based on their economic value in Operations and their future potential for MANN+HUMMEL.
- Integrating digitalization topics into the MANN+HUMMEL production system.
- Your Profile- Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, information technology, or logistics.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in process optimization within a manufacturing company (preferably automotive), ideally with a focus on digitalization.
- Expertise:

- Ideally, leadership experience.
- Experience in handling production data and technical possibilities of digitalization.
- Knowledge of project planning tools.
- Confident demeanor and experience in coordinating interdisciplinary and international project teams.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- User knowledge of SAP (MM, PP) is advantageous.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
