Als Sales Assistant bist du nicht nur ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Superdry Familie, sondern auch das Gesicht des Stores. Leidenschaftliches Verkaufen liegt dir im Blut und mit deiner Begeisterung für unsere Produkte sowie deiner positiven Ausstrahlung verwandelst du gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkollegen jeden Einkauf in ein unvergessliches Shopping-Erlebnis.
Du wirst
- Mit einem Lächeln begrüßt du unsere Kunden und schaffst es durch viel Charme und Produkt Know-How dein Gegenüber überzeugend zu beraten und an uns zu binden
- Als Fashionexperte kennst du die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und bringst unsere Ware durch einen erstklassigen und individuellen Service an den Mann / die Frau
- Du kennst und liebst unsere Produkte und hältst dich über die im Store verfügbare Ware, Farben und Größen immer auf dem Laufenden
- Mit viel Geschick und Liebe zum Detail sorgst du für eine einladende Präsentation unserer Produkte und lockst so die Kunden in den Store
- Du bist ein absoluter Team Player und sorgst durch deine positive und fröhliche Art für gute Stimmung im Team
- Mit kühlem Kopf führst du alle Vorgänge, wie Umtäusche und Rückerstattungen, kompetent und präzise aus und bist sicher im Umgang mit dem Kassensystem
- Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen führst du allgemeine Lagerarbeiten sowie Auffüllen und Sortieren der Ware mit viel Spaß und Genauigkeit aus
- Du bist Superdry, liebst und lebst unseren Style und lässt den Funken auf unsere Kunden überspringen

Du bist
- bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt und hast idealerweise Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel
- kannst dich mit Superdry identifizieren und bringst große Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte mit
- liebst den Umgang mit den verschiedensten Kunden und bist ein absolutes Verkaufstalent
- bist kommunikationsstark und weißt, dass der Weg zum Ziel nur über ein starkes Team führt
- bist eine hochmotivierte und positive Persönlichkeit, die Lust darauf hat etwas zu bewegen
- verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- bist DU - und das ist gut so
